Staff Accountant & Property Manager
Bridget’s experience at the WBDC began in 2011 as an intern developing organizational techniques for the SBA 504 Loan Program. This internship then branched into her role in Property Management as the department became established in 2013.
Bridget has and continues to develop her position and career path here at the WBDC. She currently serves as Staff Accountant under the CFO and Property Manager under the Director of Construction & Facilities.
As Staff Accountant, Bridget manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, as well as all of the bookkeeping for all the property management accounts. Her role keeps developing and new skills and tasks are added.
Within the Property Management department, Bridget serves as a liaison with the tenants, landlords and owners to provide policies and procedures for various property management services. She manages the leases, extensions, amendments, vendor contracts, as well as monthly and quarterly reporting for the landlord.
Bridget also acts as the Servicing Manager for the Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 Loan Program, which includes oversight of existing portfolio mandates.
In her current role at the WBDC, Bridget enjoys combining her love of finance with ongoing commercial property management needs, which help support local businesses within Worcester.
Bridget graduated from Worcester State University in 2013 with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. She received her MBA from Assumption College in 2017 with an Advanced Graduate Degree in Finance/Economics.
